Questions We Hear All the Time

How long does a typical bathroom remodel take?

A standard hall bath renovation or tub-to-shower conversion typically takes 2–3 weeks. Larger master bathrooms with custom tile work may take 4–5 weeks. We prioritize efficiency to minimize disruption to your routine.

Yes! We specialize in accessible designs, including low-threshold showers, grab bar installation, and comfort-height toilets to ensure safety for kupuna and family members with mobility needs.

If we are moving plumbing lines, electrical wiring, or structural walls, a permit is usually required. As a fully insured team, we can guide you through the permitting process with the City & County of Honolulu.

Absolutely. We are experienced in working with AOAOs (Association of Apartment Owners). We handle the logistics of parking, elevator pads, and water shut-offs to ensure a smooth renovation.

We offer a design-build approach. We can supply all rough materials (drywall, waterproofing, piping) and guide you to our trusted local vendors to select your finish materials (tile, fixtures, vanities) at the best prices.
